    The answers to your ‘wait, what?’ moments

    Do I use the Flouf Factor Growth™ Leave-In Mask on wet or dry hair?

    Either! Apply a small amount to dry ends or add a larger amount combed through wet hair to use as a styling product for a slicked-back look. Heck, you can even use it as a heat protectant before blow-drying or using heated tools. However, we recommend using as little heat as possible on hair to protect it from damage.

    Is the Flouf Factor Growth™ Leave-In Mask suitable for all hair types?

    Yes! The FGF5 technology makes it perfect for thinning hair but it is suitable for all hair types. It’s safe to use on dyed hair and hair with extensions or treated with keratin.

    Do I have to leave the Flouf Factor Growth™ Leave-In Mask in?

    You can leave it in all day, overnight for a more intense treatment, or wash it out after 3-10 minutes as a quicker step in your routine.

    What is FGF5?

    FGF5 is a naturally occurring protein in the scalp that plays a role in signalling the end of the hair growth phase. In a typical hair cycle, this is followed by a new growth phase. However, factors such as stress, hormonal changes, nutritional deficiencies, ageing, or genetics may contribute to elevated FGF5 activity, which has been associated with increased shedding and slower regrowth.

    Bouf’s formula includes ingredients that have been studied for their potential to inhibit FGF5 activity. By supporting a balanced hair cycle, Bouf helps promote the appearance of healthier, fuller-looking hair over time.

    Is Bouf pregnancy and breastfeeding safe?

    The Bouf hair care range is formulated with ingredients that are approved for use in cosmetics. They've been tested for quality and safety, and are widely used in the industry.

      This is been amazing

      My daughter started to have thin hair from Iver bleaching I got her this and the tonic, uts been about 5 wks and we are sewing results. So happy

      Maybe not so good for fine hair

      I have used it after shampooing and conditioning but it seems when I blow dry my hair it makes my hair stick together
