Cancellation policy
At Bouf, we work hard to get your order out the door fast - because better hair can’t wait.
As a rule, once an order is placed, we begin processing it straight away. For this reason, we’re unable to accept cancellations for orders that have already been fulfilled.
If you need to make changes to an order shortly after placing it, reach out to our Customer Service team at hello@ and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.
Pre-orders (coming soon)
From time to time, we may offer pre-orders on upcoming or out-of-stock items. When available, you’ll be able to cancel a pre-order at any point before it ships. Once dispatched, our standard Returns Policy will apply.
