We're here to help — whether you’ve had a change of heart or the results didn’t quite deliver. Below you'll find everything you need to know about returning your Bouf products. 

Changed Your Mind? (30-Day Unused Returns) 

If you’ve changed your mind about your order, we can help — as long as the product is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and your request is made within 30 days of purchase.

Please do not post your return without contacting us first.

To request a return: Email us at hello@bouf.com with your:

  • Order number
  • Product name(s)
  • Reason for return

Our customer care team will confirm if your item is eligible and provide next steps.

Once approved, return the product to:

Important: Ensure your full name and order number are clearly included on or inside the parcel, so we can identify your return. 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery

Once we’ve received and inspected your item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping and handling costs). 

Not Happy With the Results? (90-Day Money-Back Guarantee) 

We believe in our products — but if you’ve used yours consistently for at least 90 days and haven’t seen the results you expected, we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee.

Please contact our customer service team before sending anything back.

To lodge a claim: 

Email us at hello@bouf.com with: 

  • Your order number
  • The product you'd like to claim a refund for 
  • A brief summary of your experience (we may also ask for a before and after photo (before use of product and 90 days after using product) to help us improve our formulas)

Our team will assess your claim and let you know the next steps. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method. 

Eligibility criteria: 

  • Product must have been purchased through bouf.com
  • Product must have been used consistently for at least 90 days
  • Claim must be lodged within 120 days of purchase

Refund Process 

Once we receive and assess your return or claim, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved: 

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Funds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account 

Late or Missing Refunds?

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days: 

  1. Re-check your bank or credit card account
  2. Contact your payment provider for delays
  3. Still nothing? Email us at hello@bouf.com

Exchanges (Faulty or Damaged Items Only) 

We’ll happily replace any item that arrives faulty or damaged.

Please contact us before sending any items back.

To request a replacement:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the item and the issue
  • A brief description of the problem 

Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps.

Shipping Costs 

  • Customers cover return postage for change-of-mind or results guarantee claims
  • Return shipping is non-refundable
  • We recommend a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery

    Items Purchased Elsewhere 

    We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from bouf.com.

    If you bought Bouf products from another retailer (e.g. Priceline, Atomica, Farmers), please contact them directly to arrange a return or refund.
