Nope! The tonic is a non-greasy formula. You can use it in wet or dry hair and once you massage it in, your hair should look the same and you can style as usual.

The T shape is the best way to target problem areas of the crown and frontal areas of the scalp.  These areas are where hair changes usually occur first.  Practically, the part of the hair and frontal regions also allow easy access for the pipette that delivers the Bouf tech to the scalp.  After you have applied directly to the scalp, you can use your fingers to gently massage and spread the tonic across the skin of the scalp.

FGF5 is a naturally occurring protein in the scalp that plays a role in signalling the end of the hair growth phase. In a typical hair cycle, this is followed by a new growth phase. However, factors such as stress, hormonal changes, nutritional deficiencies, aging, or genetics may contribute to elevated FGF5 activity, which has been associated with increased shedding and slower regrowth.
